Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Experience with store systems and cash handling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, perform system start-ups, cash handling, and prepare the floor for business.
• Complete returns, void orders, refunds, cash drops, and provide change to registers.
• Deliver a distinctive customer experience and assist customers and patients.
• Maintain accurate inventory, assist with pricing, displays, and backroom organization.
• Assist with vendor deliveries, order review, and reverse logistics.
• Support operations, communications, and training activities as needed.
• Occasionally assist with Pharmacy out window and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Attend training and report issues to management.
