• Execute MIC (Manager-In-Charge) routines and ensure responsibilities in People, Customers and Service are completed.
• Ensure team members complete Shift Excellence tasks for their positions.
• Maintain neat appearance and proper uniform compliance; greet customers warmly.
• Prioritize customer needs and uphold food safety, quality, and order accuracy.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly while maintaining positive relations.
• Work with urgency and collaborate with management and peers; support a team environment.
• Provide feedback and training to team members and participate in conflict resolution.
• Assist in cash control, inventory, and labor management; oversee product preparation and holding times.
