Job summary

Taco Bell Franchisee is seeking a hands-on team leader to support the RGM by running great shifts and solving problems independently. You will take ownership and guide teammates to deliver fast, accurate orders with a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities span shift routines, food safety, inventory, labor management, and facility upkeep, with regular feedback to the RGM and opportunities to develop leadership skills across the restaurant team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass background check and drug test.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Able to do basic business math.
• Able to stock shelves and coolers.
• Able to oversee and manage subordinate employees.
• Able to sweep/mop, dust, lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Consistent Customer Satisfaction.
• Execute the MIC success routine and related tasks.
• Ensure shift tasks are completed for assigned positions.
• Maintain neat appearance and uniform policy.
• Demonstrate that customer needs are the priority.
• Ensure food safety, quality and order accuracy.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly with positive relations.
• Greet customers with a smile and courtesy.
• Work with urgency and as part of a team.
• Attend posted schedules and timekeeping.
• Provide regular feedback to RGM and train teammates.
• Handle conflicts constructively with RGM guidance.
• Assist Profit and Loss management and cash control.
• Oversee product preparation, rotation, and holding times.
• Assist with facility maintenance and health/safety standards.
• Perform other duties as required by management.
