Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a role involving customer interactions.
• Experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating a small team.
• Ability to prepare and coach beverage/food prep to standard recipes.
• Maintain store safety, cash handling, and policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations with craft and heart to ensure a welcoming space.
• Direct and coach team members to deliver quality beverages and food.
