Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees.
• Prepare and coach beverage/food prep to standard recipes or customer customizations.
• Meet store policies including quality beverages/food, cash handling, safety and security.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of others and coordinate tasks.
• Provide quality beverages and food products.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Adapt to flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
