Qualifications

• Six (6) months of customer-facing experience.
• Available for flexible hours: mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Six (6) months’ experience delegating tasks to others.
• Meet store policies and standards for beverages, food, cash handling, safety.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coach team members during shifts.
• Prepare and serve beverages/food to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Delegate tasks to teammates and coordinate workloads.
• Uphold cash handling, safety, and security standards.
