Qualifications

• Six months of experience interacting with customers and fulfilling requests.
• At least six months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees.
• Ability to prepare and coach food/beverages to standard recipes or customer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse welcoming for the community.
• Direct and coordinate staff to ensure timely, quality beverage and food preparation.
• Maintain store policies on cash handling, safety, and security.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Support a positive, collaborative work environment and customer experience.
