Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating the tasks of two or more employees
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse welcoming for the community
• Direct the work of others and ensure quality beverages and food products
• Delegate tasks and coordinate two or more employees to meet store needs
• Maintain store policies and safety standards and cash handling as required
