Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating the tasks of two or more employees
• Ability to direct the work of others
• Ability to learn quickly
• Effective oral communication skills
• Knowledge of the retail environment

Responsibilities

• Lead shift with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse a welcoming space for the community
• Direct and coordinate tasks of two or more employees during shifts
