Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, ensuring a welcoming coffeehouse for the community. You will guide team members to prepare beverages and food to standard recipes, while maintaining store safety and quality and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The role requires reliable attendance, flexible availability, and ability to manage and delegate tasks among a team of partners in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/ or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse welcoming for the community.
• Direct and coordinate shifts ensuring quality beverage and food service and customer satisfaction.
