Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead with craft and heart, ensuring our coffeehouse remains a welcoming space for the community.

You will coach teammates, prepare beverages to standard recipes, delegate tasks, and maintain quality and store safety while delivering friendly service during flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.

Qualifications

• Attend and arrive on time for shifts, with or without accommodations.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Adhere to store policies, provide quality beverages and food, handle cash, maintain safety and security.
• Six months of experience interacting with customers and fulfilling requests.
• At least six months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations with craft and heart to create a welcoming space.
• Coach and develop teammates to deliver warm, consistent service.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes or customer customization.
• Delegate tasks and coordinate team efforts to ensure smooth store performance.
• Maintain quality, cash handling, safety, and store security during shifts.
