Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead with craft and heart, ensuring every guest has a welcoming experience in the coffeehouse you serve.

As a leader on the floor, you will coach team members, uphold quality beverages and food, manage operations, and foster a collaborative, safe environment for your community.

You will coordinate tasks, handle cash, and adapt to busy times, holidays, and variable shifts, all while modeling Starbucks standards and customer care.

Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security.
• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two (2) or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the work of team members to deliver great guest experiences.
• Ensure high-quality beverages and food products while maintaining store safety and cleanliness.
• Delegate tasks and coordinate shifts to keep operations smooth and efficient.
• Model Starbucks standards and provide coaching and feedback to partners.
• Maintain regular attendance and a positive, collaborative work environment.
