• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to ensure a welcoming store environment.
• Coach and delegate tasks to a two-plus person team to run shifts smoothly.
• Prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customer specifications.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and compliance with store policies and safety.
