Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead with craft and heart in a welcoming coffeehouse. You will guide team members to prepare beverages and food to standard recipes, maintain quality, and ensure a safe, clean store environment that makes customers feel valued.

You will coach and delegate tasks, manage daily operations, and uphold store policies while delivering on our commitment to growth, benefits, and community connection.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with customers
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees
• Ability to lead a team and uphold store standards
• Experience in a fast-paced retail or food service environment

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to prepare beverages and food to standard recipes
• Direct the work of others and delegate tasks to team members
• Maintain quality beverages and food, cash handling, and store safety
• Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with customers
• Support training and development of partners and onboarding of new staff
