Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse welcoming for the community.
• Direct the work of team members and ensure tasks are coordinated.
• Prepare and coach beverage and food preparation to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Maintain store policies, quality beverages, food, cash handling, and safety.
