Job summary

Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Meet store policies, provide quality beverages/food, handle cash, and ensure safety with or without accommodation.
• Six months of experience in roles requiring customer interaction and fulfilling requests.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead the shift team to deliver quality beverages and customer service.
• Coach team members to follow standardized recipes and adapt for customers.
• Ensure store policies, cash handling, safety, and security are maintained.
