Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, ensuring our coffeehouse remains welcoming for the community. You will oversee daily beverage and food preparation, coach team members, and uphold store policies while delivering excellent customer service.

The role emphasizes teamwork, rapid learning, and strong interpersonal skills within a retail environment, with opportunities to grow through our extensive benefits and training programs.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating tasks of two or more employees
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers
