Job summary

Blank Street, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Shift Lead to guide cafe teams in a fast-paced environment. You’ll craft high-quality coffee and matcha, deliver outstanding hospitality, and support store operations and training.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer-service leadership, a passion for coffee, and the ability to thrive under pressure. This full-time role offers competitive pay, tips, and growth within a growing brand.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer service leadership role (e.g. Shift Leader / Supervisor) in hospitality, coffee, or beverage.
• 18+ years old.
• Able to lift 25+ lbs and stand for long periods.
• Full-time availability: 30-40 hours/week, 4-5 days, with 2 peak days (Fri–Sun).
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify) and eligible to work in this role.

Responsibilities

• Craft beautiful coffee and matcha products.
• Provide exceptional hospitality to Blank Street customers.
• Assist GM and train new employees on recipes and store processes.
• Open and close the store with proper checklists and safety.
• Lead initiatives to increase foot traffic, sales, and profitability.
