Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including early mornings and late nights.

• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and being on feet for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Converse with customers to confirm drink orders and ring them into the POS system.
• Know recipes and secret menu items and ensure drink quality.
• Oversee shift operations, energy, and customer experience.
• Train and develop team members and communicate personnel or inventory needs.
• Handle payments and provide accurate change to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety through shift changes and duties.
