You’ll handle customer orders, train new staff, manage routine stand operations, and coordinate with stand managers on equipment, inventory, and safety. The role requires a flexible schedule and a welcoming, energetic presence.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings and late nights.
• Regularly works weekends and is available to work holidays if necessary.
• Previous management or leadership experience preferred.
• Able to handle hot water, dairy products and operate safely.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, confirm drink orders, and input into POS.
• Know recipes and secret menu items.
• Lead the shift, manage the on-shift crew, and ensure service quality.
• Train and develop team members for higher performance.
• Ensure drink quality, speed, and positive customer interactions.
• Communicate with stand management about equipment, inventory and safety.
• Collect payments and provide correct change.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and proper sanitation.
