Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings and late nights.
• Regularly works weekends and may work holidays if necessary.
• Create and maintain genuine, uplifting interactions with customers.
• Previous management or leadership experience preferred.
• Work carefully and quickly with hot water, coffee, glass bottles and dairy products.
• Able to work outdoors for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Converse with customers to confirm drink orders and enter them correctly in the POS.
• Know recipes and secret menu items, stand processes and procedures.
• Manage shift operations and energy, ensuring quality, speed and service.
• Provide correction, encouragement, guidance, and redirection to the team as needed.
• Communicate with stand management about personnel, equipment and inventory needs.
• Assist in training and development of team members.
• Handle payments and make correct change, prepare drinks and premixes.
• Maintain urgency and positive interactions with customers throughout the shift.
• Make recommendations to customers to help them order their desired drinks.
• Maintain hygiene and appearance, and ensure safe, healthy work environment.
