Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings and late nights.
• Regularly works weekends and is available to work holidays if necessary.
• Previous management or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to create and maintain genuine, uplifting interactions.
• Work carefully and quickly with hot water and coffee, glass bottles, and dairy products.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Stand for several hours at a time and move with urgency.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Confirm drink orders with customers and enter into POS.
• Know recipes and secret menu items.
• Know stand processes and procedures.
• Lead shift operations and energy to ensure service quality.
• Communicate with stand management about staff, equipment, inventory, and operations.
• Train and develop team members during shifts.
• Handle payments and give correct change.
• Prepare drinks and premixes.
• Maintain customer focus and speed during busy times.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety compliance.
