Formación

• Previous management or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings and late nights.
• Capacity to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Knowledge of food and beverage prep and safety practices.

Responsabilidades

• Converse with customers to confirm drink orders and enter into POS.
• Be knowledgeable of all recipes and stand procedures.
• Oversee shift operations: drink quality, customer interaction, speed and energy.
• Train and develop team members; provide guidance and redirection when needed.
• Communicate with stand management about personnel, equipment, and inventory.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards are maintained.
