Qualifications

• Experience managing a shift and leading a crew.
• Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and late nights.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of beverage preparation and recipes.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and teammates.

Responsabilités

• Confirm drink orders and input into POS.
• Know all recipes and secret menu items.
• Manage shift operations and energy.
• Provide guidance and redirection to team.
• Communicate with management about developments in personnel, equipment, inventory, and operations.
• Train and develop team members.
• Handle payments and give correct change.
• Prepare drinks and premixes.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards.
