Anchor Point Management Group in Dawsonville, GA is seeking a Shift Lead to guide the on-site coffee stand, ensure drink quality, and uphold our service standards during each shift.

You'll lead a small team, handle orders, train staff, manage speed and energy, and maintain cleanliness and safety while delivering a friendly customer experience.

Flexible schedule, weekend availability, and the ability to work in varying weather are a must as you help grow our welcoming community.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings and late nights.
• Follows company procedure for communicating time off requests.
• Regularly works weekends and is available to work holidays if necessary.
• Can create and maintain genuine, uplifting interactions.
• Previous management or leadership experience preferred.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Converse with customers to confirm drink orders and correctly input into POS.
• Knowledgeable of all recipes and secret menu items.
• Knowledgeable of all stand processes and procedures.
• Manage the shift operations and energy, focusing on drink quality, customer interaction, and speed.
• Make changes when necessary and communicate with stand management about developments.
• Assist training and development of team members.
• Collect payments and give correct change accurately.
• Prepare drinks and premixes.
• Maintain urgency and excellent customer service throughout the shift.
• Foster personal connections with customers through warm, genuine interactions.
• Know the menu and customizations to guide customers to the right orders.
• Present yourself professionally and maintain hygiene and appearance.
