Responsibilities

• Greet customers, confirm drink orders, and enter items into POS system.
• Knowledge of all recipes and secret menu items.
• Lead shift operations, ensure energy and service quality throughout the shift.
• Communicate with stand management about personnel, equipment, and inventory.
• Assist with training and development of team members.
• Collect payments and provide accurate change; prepare drinks and premixes.
• Maintain urgency and customer-focused service; keep work area clean and organized.
