Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings and late nights.
• Follows company procedure for communicating time off requests.
• Regularly works weekends and holidays if necessary.
• Create and maintain genuine, uplifting interactions.
• Previous management or leadership experience preferred.
• Work carefully and quickly with hot water and coffee equipment.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Stand for extended periods and move about the store.

Responsibilities

• Converse with customers to confirm drink orders and enter them into the POS.
• Know all recipes and secret menu items.
• Lead shift operations, maintain energy and pace, and ensure quality and service.
• Communicate with stand management about personnel, equipment, and inventory.
• Assist with training and developing team members.
• Handle payments and give accurate change.
