Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings and late nights.
• Previous management or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to lead a shift while maintaining quality and speed.
• Comfort with handling cash and POS transactions.
• Able to stock, clean, and maintain a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Confirm drink orders with customers and input into POS accurately.
• Know all recipes and secret menu items.
• Lead shift operations, ensuring quality, speed, and customer interaction.
• Train and develop team members and communicate with stand management.
• Collect payments and provide correct change; prepare drinks and premixes.
• Maintain hygiene and safety per standards; adapt to changes during shift.
