This is a fast-paced role requiring hospitality focus, reliability, and the ability to move quickly with customers.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including early mornings and late nights.
• Follows company procedure for time-off requests.
• Regularly works weekends and is available to work holidays if necessary.
• Creates and maintains genuine, uplifting interactions.
• Previous management or leadership experience preferred.
• Work carefully and quickly with hot water and coffee, glass bottles, and dairy products.
• Can work outside for prolonged periods, regardless of weather conditions.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Work on their feet for several hours at a time.
• Safely walk in drive-through areas and around cars.
• Safely use a utility knife.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, confirm drink orders, and enter them into the POS accurately.
• Knowledgeable of all recipes and secret menu items.
• Knowledgeable of all stand processes and procedures.
• Oversee shift operations, energy, speed, and service quality.
• Make changes when necessary.
• Communicate with stand management about personnel, equipment, inventory levels, and operations
• Assist stand management with training and development of team members.
• Handle payments and provide correct change.
• Prepare drinks and premixes.
• Move with urgency to respect the customer’s time.
• Maintain productivity and positivity even when business is slow.
• Foster genuine connections with customers through warmth and good demeanor.
• Know the menu and customizations to guide customers to the right drink.
• Bring best self to work daily including hygiene and neat appearance.
• Understand shift-change duties and weekly chores.
• Always clock in and be ready at shift start.
• Treat teammates and customers with respect and kindness.
• Maintain safe and healthy work environment per standards.
