Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent communication, management, and organizational skills.
• Physical dexterity to move up to 45 lbs.
• Attendance and punctuality a must.

Responsibilities

• Execute the MIC Success Routine to prioritize customer needs.
• Oversee Shift Excellence tasks and maintain clean appearances.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and order accuracy.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly, maintaining positive relations.
• Provide regular feedback to the GM on team performance.
• Assist with training and development of team members.
• Screen Team Member candidates and assist with labor management.
• Support facility maintenance and health and safety standards.
