Spotless Brands LLC is seeking a Shift Lead to support daily site operations at a busy car wash location in the Phoenix area. You will guide teammates on shift, ensure safety and quality standards, and help promote membership programs to customers.

This non-managerial role emphasizes hands-on execution, operational oversight, and strong customer service, with opportunities to grow into future leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in a customer‑facing or operational environment is preferred
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Must be at least 16 years of age (or older where required by law)
• Must pass a background check and comply with company policies

Responsibilities

• Support site leadership by executing assigned tasks and guiding team during shifts
• Direct team members to ensure adherence to procedures and standards
• Escalate staffing, customer service, or operational issues to Site Manager
• Greet customers professionally and promote membership programs and promotions
• Maintain knowledge of car wash packages, pricing, and processes
• Safely operate and train others on car wash equipment and chemicals
• Monitor vehicle entry/exit for safe, damage-free experiences
• Assist in opening/closing procedures per company protocols
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance to ensure a safe environment
• Conduct quality checks on interior and exterior cleaning standards
