Job summary

Spotless Brands in Manassas, VA is seeking a Shift Lead to provide hands-on operational support and assist the Site Manager and Assistant Manager. This role emphasizes execution, safety, and customer service during assigned shifts without formal leadership duties.

You will direct team members, uphold established procedures, promote memberships, and train others on car wash equipment while supporting openings and closings per company protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, not required
• Previous leadership experience in a customer-facing or operational environment preferred
• Must be at least 16 years of age (or older where required by law or safety regulations)
• Valid driver’s license preferred (may be required depending on location and responsibilities)

Responsibilities

• Executes assigned operational tasks and supports site leadership
• Directs team members during shifts and ensures procedures are followed
• Escalates staffing or operational issues to Site Manager
• Greets customers and promotes memberships and promotions
• Maintains knowledge of car wash packages, pricing, and processes
• Safely operates and trains others on car wash equipment and chemicals
• Monitors vehicle entry/exit for safe customer experience
• Assists in opening/closing procedures under guidance
• Models adherence to company policies and safety procedures
