Job summary

Vireo Health of Rocky Mountain in Commerce City, CO is seeking a Shift Lead to ensure smooth store operations at our EveryDay Weed location. You will support the Store Director and Assistant Manager, uphold policies, and elevate the customer experience in a fast-paced setting.

You will manage customer service, cash handling, and inventory tasks as a non-supervisory team member while contributing to a cooperative HEART culture and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalence.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in cash handling and basic math calculations.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cannabis products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a friendly and welcoming experience, assisting them as needed.
• Offer product information and guidance, answering questions and helping customers find suitable products.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns, striving to ensure their satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment to create an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Collaborate with the team to suggest improvements based on customer feedback.
• Assist with returns and exchanges, ensuring a hassle-free process for customers.
• Support the team in training staff on proper cash handling and transaction procedures.
• Work together with colleagues to perform daily cash reconciliation and reporting.
• Collaborate with the inventory management team to ensure accurate inventory levels.
• Participate in monitoring supply chain performance and identifying process improvement opportunities.
