Vireo Health of Rocky Mountain is seeking a Shift Lead at our EveryDay Weed location in Commerce City, CO. You will help ensure seamless store operations and deliver exceptional customer service, while supporting the Store Director and Assistant Manager in policy adherence and efficient daily activities.

The role focuses on customer engagement, cash handling, and inventory coordination in a fast-paced dispensary environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred.
• Knowledge of cannabis and its products is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in cash handling and accurate basic math calculations.
• Reliable, punctual, and possesses a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a friendly and welcoming experience, assisting them as needed.
• Offer product information and guidance, answering questions and helping customers find suitable product.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns, striving to ensure their satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment to create an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Collaborate with the team to suggest improvements based on customer feedback.
• Assist with returns and exchanges, ensuring a hassle-free process for customers.
• Support cash handling and transaction procedures and daily cash reconciliation with the team.
• Collaborate with inventory management to ensure accurate inventory levels and stock control.
