Job summary

Tropical Smoothie Cafe is seeking an experienced Lead Crew Member to guide frontline teams, model the brand values, and ensure every guest receives energetic, friendly service. This role focuses on upholding hospitality standards and leading by example on fast-paced shifts.

You will train and coach crew during each shift, maintain station standards, monitor labor and inventory, and handle opening/closing duties in a busy cafe environment.

Qualifications

• Experienced Tropical Smoothie Cafe Crew Member.
• Legally able to work within the State and Federal guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Interact with crew and customers to deliver energetic, friendly service.
• Maintain brand standards and hospitality across all shifts.
• Coach and train crew members on shift operations and brand expectations.
• Ensure stations run smoothly and efficiently during busy periods.
• Monitor inventory and labor to manage cafe operations.
• Perform opening/closing duties and other tasks as needed.
