Tropical Smoothie Café is seeking a Shift Lead to join our lively team. You will lead and train the crew during shifts, ensuring guests receive exceptional service with a friendly, on-brand experience that reflects our motto.

You’ll support management in daily operations and keep a positive, collaborative atmosphere. In this role, you’ll uphold food safety, monitor sanitation, manage shift labor, and strive to exceed guest expectations while maintaining a fun, supportive culture.
