Krispy Kreme in the United States is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee daily shop operations and ensure a WOW guest experience. You will guide a high-energy team and partner with the shop leadership to keep safe, clean, fast, and delightful service.

Candidates should have two years of relevant experience and one year supervising a team, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Must be 18+, travel 0-10%, and be authorized to work in the US.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience.

• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
• Manage the flow of service to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead high performance team of hourly Team Members.
• Assist AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests by nurturing a culture where all people know that their wonderfully original identities are welcomed & loved.
