Job summary

Krispy Kreme is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee daily shop operations, ensuring safety, quality, and fast service. You will lead hourly team members, assist with scheduling and training, and uphold a welcoming environment where every guest’s unique identity is valued.

You will collaborate with shop leadership to deliver a WOW experience while maintaining compliance and a positive workplace culture. This role requires 1–2 years of supervisory experience and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience.
• 1 year of experience supervising a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Has a steadfast commitment to nurture an equitable, unbiased culture where our peeps are empowered to showcase their originality.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Travel 0-10%.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
• Manage the flow of service to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead high performance team of hourly Team Members.
• Assist AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests by nurturing a culture where all people know that their wonderfully original identities are welcomed & loved.
