Qualifications

• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom and execute related programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers, and DC add orders; contact customers on shipment arrivals as needed.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and according to procedure.
• Process returns and exchanges; issue refunds correctly and manage returns area.
• Invoice all merchandise before it leaves the store; communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Ensure adherence to posted work schedules; clock-in/out per policy; manage day opening/closing duties and deposits.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
