O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and support sales programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store transfers, and DC add orders; notify customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store and communicate Zipline messages and merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to posted work schedules and clock-in/out procedures.
• Perform store opening/closing duties, including end-of-day cash procedures and security checks.
• All other duties as assigned.
