Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience in auto parts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure policy-compliant operations.
• Manage phone calls, online/shipping transfers, and order processing with timely customer communication.
• Oversee returns, exchanges, invoicing, and money handling per policy.
• Coordinate merchandising tasks and ensure adherence to work schedule and security procedures.
• Perform opening/closing duties including day-end procedures and cash handling.
