Job summary

Leslie's is hiring a Shift Lead 2 to provide superior customer service and support the General Manager in all facets of retail operations within our Florida store network.

The role requires welcoming customers, handling sales on the POS system, maintaining a clean and inviting store, assisting with merchandising and inventory, and covering open/close duties including bank deposits. Must be 18+, HS diploma, and able to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent, or currently attending High School.
• A valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Customer service experience or retail experience.
• Experience leading a team (preferred).
• Ability to complete required training within two months of hire.
• The ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with their pool and spa care needs.
• Accurately and timely complete sales transactions using the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, well merchandised, and welcoming environment.
• Assist with merchandising and inventory control.
• Position requires open and closing duties, including bank deposits.
