Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant or hospitality leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
• Able to lead by doing and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and comfort with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift and run operations when management isn’t on site.
• Jump into cashier, grill, prep, fries, and dining room tasks.
• Deliver fast, accurate service and create a great guest experience.
• Coach, support, and motivate crew members to perform at their best.
• Help train new team members and build a strong, positive culture.
• Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and up to brand standards.
• Manage shift tasks like breaks, cash handling, and closing reports.
