Job summary

Five Guys Operations LLC is seeking a Shift Leader in Corpus Christi, TX to lead shifts, work side-by-side with your team, and ensure every guest leaves satisfied.

You will cover multiple roles—from cashier to kitchen stations—while delivering fast, accurate service and maintaining brand standards. Growth opportunities are emphasized through hands-on leadership and mentorship on every shift.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience (leadership preferred).
• A team-first mindset with strong communication skills.
• Someone who leads by doing—not just directing.
• Ability to stay cool and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and comfort using POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift and run operations when management isn’t on site.
• Jump into every position—cashier, grill, prep, fries, dining room—no task is too small.
• Deliver fast, accurate service and create a great guest experience every time.
• Coach, support, and motivate crew members to perform at their best.
• Help train new team members and build a strong, positive culture.
• Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and up to brand standards.
• Manage shift tasks like breaks, cash handling, and closing reports.
