Job summary

Five Guys Operations LLC in Erie, PA is seeking a Shift Leader to run daily operations, lead the team, and ensure excellent guest experiences. This role blends hands-on supervision with customer service, requiring you to step in across stations when needed.

You will mentor crew, manage breaks and line tasks, and help train new staff while maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. The position offers growth opportunities and a starting pay of $14 per hour plus tips and bonus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of frontline supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to lead by example and coach others.
• Strong communication and guest-service focus.
