Job summary

Five Guys in El Paso, TX is seeking a Shift Leader to guide daily operations on the floor and support the crew across all roles from cashier to grill and dining room. You’ll lead by example, ensure fast service, and maintain brand standards while building a positive team culture.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift and run operations when management isn’t on site.
• Fill in across cashier, grill, prep, fries, and dining room as needed.

• Help train new teammates and build a positive culture.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety per brand standards.
• Manage shift tasks, breaks, cash handling, and closing reports.
