Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Shift Leader in Ohio to work with the Assistant Bakery Manager and Bakery Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. You will help drive sales, coach staff, and ensure bakery operations align with NbC standards.

This role emphasizes leadership, team development, and a pathway to promotion within our growing brand, while maintaining high-quality cake production and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of guest-facing experience in retail, restaurant or food service, preferably in a lead role with progressive managerial responsibilities.
• Demonstrated success creating superior guest experiences and coaching others to do the same, training new team members, directing the work of others, and achieving productivity goals.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, with comfort in learning new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate with bakery management to drive sales and profitability.
• Execute day-to-day bakery operations while ensuring NbC standards are met.
• Coach and direct team members to deliver a premier guest experience.

The Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) Shift Leader works alongside the Assistant Bakery Manager and Bakery Manager and team members to create the highest-quality cakes, a warm, welcoming environment, and superior guest experience. The Shift Leader shares in team leadership and collaborates with the bakery management in driving sales and profitability, executing day-to-day responsibilities and ensuring that all aspects of the bakery operation comply with NbC standards. And as part of this successful and growing brand, there is no shortage of opportunities for promotion. Education, Certifications and Work Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED; post-secondary education is a plus.
• 1-3 years of guest-facing experience in a retail, restaurant or food service environment, preferably in a lead role with progressive managerial responsibilities.
• Demonstrated success creating a superior guest experience and coaching others to do the same, training new team members, directing the work of others, and achieving productivity goals.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, with comfort in learning new technologies.

Must have the flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays, based on changing business demands.
