Nothing Bundt Cakes in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking a Shift Leader to work with the Assistant Manager and team to deliver the highest-quality cakes and a warm guest experience. You will share in leading the team and support bakery management to drive daily sales and maintain NbC standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years in guest-facing roles in retail or food service, and comfort with Word, Excel and Outlook. Shifts include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of guest-facing experience in retail/food service.
• Experience coaching and training team members; leading others.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook; comfortable learning new tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist in bakery operations to ensure quality and guest experience.
• Collaborate with management to drive sales and profitability.
• Coach and train team members, assign tasks and monitor performance.
• Ensure NbC standards and safety/compliance in daily operations.
• Support scheduling and day-to-day operations and tasks.
