Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes #173 in Reynoldsburg, OH, seeks a Shift Leader to support the Assistant Bakery Manager and Bakery Manager. You will help create high-quality cakes, foster a warm, welcoming environment, and ensure guest satisfaction while leading a small team.

You will coach staff, drive sales, manage day-to-day tasks, and uphold NbC standards. Must be capable of supervising, scheduling, and adapting to varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; post-secondary education is a plus.
• 1–3 years of guest-facing experience in retail, restaurant or food service, preferably in a lead role.
• Demonstrated success coaching others to achieve productivity goals.
• Basic proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook; comfortable learning new technologies.

The Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) Shift Leader works alongside the Assistant Bakery Manager and Bakery Manager and team members to create the highest-quality cakes, a warm, welcoming environment, and superior guest experience. The Shift Leader shares in team leadership and collaborates with the bakery management in driving sales and profitability, executing day-to-day responsibilities and ensuring that all aspects of the bakery operation comply with NbC standards. Education, Certifications and Work Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED; post-secondary education is a plus.
• 1-3 years of guest-facing experience in a retail, restaurant or food service environment, preferably in a lead role with progressive managerial responsibilities.
• Demonstrated success creating a superior guest experience and coaching others to do the same, training new team members, directing the work of others, and achieving productivity goals.
