Nothing Bundt Cakes #34 seeks a Shift Leader to work with the Assistant Manager and team to sustain bakery standards and guest satisfaction. You will help manage daily operations, ensure product quality, and support sales initiatives. The role emphasizes coaching and directing staff, training new team members, and upholding NbC standards while fostering a welcoming environment for customers and teammates. Flexibility to work varied shifts is required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years guest-facing experience in retail/restaurant/food service.
• Experience coaching others and meeting productivity goals.
• Basic proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook; quick to learn new tech.

The Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) Shift Leader works alongside the Assistant Manager, General Manager and team members to create the highest-quality cakes, a warm, welcoming environment, and superior guest experience. The Shift Leader shares in team leadership and collaborates with the bakery management in driving sales and profitability, executing day-to-day responsibilities and ensuring that all aspects of the bakery operation comply with NbC standards. And as part of this successful and growing brand, there is no shortage of opportunities for promotion. Education, Certifications and Work Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED; post‑secondary education is a plus.
• 1-3 years of guest‑facing experience in a retail, restaurant or food service environment, preferably in a lead role with progressive managerial responsibilities.
• Demonstrated success creating a superior guest experience and coaching others to do the same, training new team members, directing the work of others, and achieving productivity goals.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, with comfort in learning new technologies.

Must have the flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays, based on changing business demands.
